Lao Hu Ji restaurant located on the south side of the west end of Liulichang Cultural Street, during the rush hours(11:00am-13:00pm & 6:00am-8:00pm), It's always crowded and full of local residents, dining on delicious old Beijing folk foods at reasonable prices.
If you have time to this restaurant, Their noodles with soybean paste (zhajiangmian) is must do, with a large variety of it, here's noodles is among the top three Zhajiangmian's restaurant s in Beijing. Lao Hu Ji also provide the Peking roast duck (kaoya), it will take about 30 minutes to prepare and served.
